Classes for Children

Music classes for children in early childhood programs (Montessori schools, independent day schools, child care settings, Head Start)  are offered on a weekly basis. Small groups meet for 30 minute sessions, with opportunities for individual attention. Collaboration with classroom teachers ensures that the music sessions support the classroom curriculum.

Workshops for Teachers

Workshops for teachers focus on how musical experiences strengthen critical skills such as auditory sequencing, one-to-one correspondence and reading readiness. “Your workshop exceeded my expectations. Lots of concrete ideas and fun, upbeat material. Great stuff!” — Westchester (NY) Preschool Director’s Association workshop participant
